Enterprise Linuxes release version 9.5 and other somewhat recent cool crap
Yep, when I started the draft of this post it was a couple recent links. By the time I hit publish they were stale. But I'm releasing anyway!
Red Hat Enterprise Linux has released version 9.5. Soon after both AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, and Oracle Linux announced availability of versions 9.5 as well.
Also, it seems Red Hat is available for WSL. I've used WSL, and don't hate it, but this seems to be an odd choice. Maybe someone can enlighten me why someone would install a commercial distribution in WSL.
